In addition, the committee is charged with member retention. Roles and responsibilities of committee: Work with industry contacts and cultivate new relationships within the industry to identify prospective members, develop a contact strategy, work with Oregon Bio’s executive director to execute that strategy and work with Oregon Bio’s executive director to execute the member-retention strategy. Coordinate with the Marketing and Outreach Committee to develop and maintain new member collateral materials.
