The current supply/demand cycle is focused on wet lab space. In the future, clean manufacturing, flex space and office space will also be included. Roles and Responsibilities of Committee: The Committee will establish a criteria and process by which it chooses which properties will be included on the Oregon Bio Resources Listing. Each committee member is expected to contribute their knowledge and connections in the industry to facilitate the identification of such properties. For example, space can become available and classified in a variety of ways such as vacancies caused by moves, mergers/acquisitions, attrition, excess capacity, etc. Simply stated the plan is to list inventory and make it available via the website in a searchable format so that this resource can be promoted to the local, national and international bioscience community.
