Clinical Trials: Three critical dimensions of Success

This workshop covers the 3 critical dimensions of a "successful" clinical development program: strategic, scientific, and operational success.

First: Strategic Success deals with both the role of clinical development as a contributor to strategic business goals, as well as the necessity of using strategic thinking in developing a drug.

Second: addresses the translation of a scientific hypothesis into a workable clinical trial which produces meaningful data. Third summarizes the components that must be in place to operationalize a clinical trial and ensure value creation.
