OBA Events

The Oregon Bioscience Association’s commitment to community and collaboration is the driving factor behind our programs and events. These professional activities, which run throughout the year, are designed to educate and encourage positive interactions within the bioscience community. Both OBA members and non-members are welcome to attend these valuable meetings. We offer events statewide through our local chapters. • Annual Meeting — A premiere opportunity to meet biotech leaders, to learn about the growth in Oregon’s industry, and to discover new companies and technologies.
• BioForum — Quarterly lecture series covering a range of topics in the bioscience community.
• Bio on the Rocks — The new winter social completes the triangle of professional networking events.
  
• Bio on Tap — This summer social provides a relaxed environment for networking, while enjoying a local micro brew.
• Bio on the Vine — A fall networking event held in November after the grape harvest.
• Partner Events — Events offered by partner organizations.
