ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Annual sponsorships increase your company's visibility to Oregon Bio members throughout the year.
Types of annual sponsorships include:
Annual Meeting Sponsorships
— Annual meeting sponsorship offers exposure to the state’s movers and shakers in the bioscience community. Annual meeting sponsorship benefits include:
- Your logo (linked back to your homepage) on OBA's website identified as a sponsor for one year (about 25,000 hits per year and growing).
- Your logo featured as the event sponsor in our Weekly Updates (over 1,000 emails per week).
- Your logo featured on all printed materials.
- Your logo on the invitation with a link to your website. This invitation is sent to more than 1,000 people (and growing). The invitation also contains a link to the online registration page for the event, which also includes sponsor logos.
- At the event, sponsors are called out for individual recognition.
- Sponsor banners are prominently displayed during the event
- Five tickets to the event including continental breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks.
- A table exhibit is available for sponsors to showcase their products and services to all attendees.
Event sponsorships are $2,500 each. The number of event sponsors is limited to eight in order to maximize exposure.
Exhibit table sponsorships are available for $450. These sponsorships include the use of one exhibit table, and two tickets to the event including continental breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks.

Annual BioForum Series Sponsorships — Sponsorship of these meetings provides exposure to professionals at all levels of the bioscience community.
- Your logo (linked back to your homepage) on OBA's website identified as a sponsor for one year (about 25,000 hits per year and growing).
- Your logo featured as the event sponsor in our Weekly Updates (over 1,000 emails per week).
- Your logo featured on all printed materials.
- Your logo on the invitation with a link to your website. This invitation is sent to more than 1,000 people (and growing). The invitation also contains a link to the online registration page for the event, which also includes sponsor logos.
- Four tickets to the event
Sponsorship of a series of three BioForum events is $1200, or a single event can be sponsored for $500.

Annual Networking Sponsorships (Bio on Tap, Bio on the Vine, Bio on the Rocks,Bio in the Valley) — Sponsorship of these networking events offers your organization exposure to a cross section of the middle and upper managers within the state’s bioscience community.
- Your logo (linked back to your homepage) on OBA's website identified as a sponsor for one year (about 25,000 hits per year and growing).
- Your logo featured as the event sponsor in our Weekly Updates (over 1,000 emails per week).
- Your logo featured on all printed materials.
- Your logo on the invitation with a link to your website. This invitation is sent to more than 1,000 people (and growing). The invitation also contains a link to the online registration page for the event, which also includes sponsor logos.
- A sponsor banner prominently displayed throughout the event.
- Exclusive floor time during the event to address the group.
- A table for marketing materials
- Four tickets to the event
Event sponsorships are $1,500 each, and in order to maximize your exposure, we limit the number of event sponsors to five.

Annual BIO International Convention Sponsorships — Sponsorship of the annual convention provides exposure to professionals at all levels of the bioscience community on an international scale.
- Your logo (linked back to your homepage) on OBA's website identified as a sponsor for one year (about 25,000 hits per year and growing).
- Your logo featured as the event sponsor in our Weekly Updates (over 1,000 emails per week).
- Your logo featured on all printed materials, including an Oregon Book of Business distributed at the convention.
- Your company logo included in the booth signage at the event.
OTHER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Weekly Update Sponsorships — The Weekly Update email is our primary contact with the entire Oregon Bio membership. As a sponsor, your organization gets a sponsor logo on the newsletter, with a link to your website. This newsletter is sent to more than 1,000 people (and growing). Sponsorships are $750 per week.
Job Fair Sponsorships — Sponsorship means your attendance at the event with a table presence and staff. This event provides you with exposure to current students and other aspiring future bioscience professionals. As a sponsor/presenting company your organization gets a sponsor logo on the invitation, with a link to your Web site. This invitation is sent to more than 500 people (and growing). The invitation also contains a link to the online registration page for the event, which also includes sponsor logos. At the event, you will have a table to prominently display your company. Participating company rates are based on size (from $50 to $1,000). There is no admission fee for attendees.
