As an annual meeting sponsor, your organization gets a sponsor logo on the invitation with a link to your Web site. This invitation is sent to more than 1,000 people (and growing). The invitation also contains a link to the online registration page for the event, which also includes sponsor logos. At the event, sponsors are called out for individual recognition and sponsor banners are prominently displayed during the event. In addition, there are table exhibits available for vendors to showcase their products and services to all attendees. Event sponsorships are $2,500 each and tables are $375. Note: In order to maximize exposure, we limit the number of event sponsors to eight.

This event provides you with exposure to current students and other aspiring future bioscience professionals. As a sponsor/presenting company your organization gets a sponsor logo on the invitation, with a link to your Web site. This invitation is sent to more than 500 people (and growing). The invitation also contains a link to the online registration page for the event, which also includes sponsor logos. At the event, you will have a table to prominently display your company. Participating company rates are based on size (from $50 to $1,000). There is no admission fee for attendees.
