Effective April 1, 2009 the following cancellation policy regarding BioPro Workforce Training program affects all registrants:

All registrations for classes are non-refundable. Registration is defined as either a requested invoice or authorize.net Credit Card transition for class enrollment. If a registrant cannot attend enrolled class and notifies OBA 24 hours prior to the start of enrolled class, OBA will reschedule registrant for a different class of equal or lesser value, or another company employee may take the place of the original registrant for class registered. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows. No-shows are defined as registrant’s that do not attend the full duration of their enrolled class.
