Lumencor manufactures novel light engines for life science instrumentation. Products solve long standing light source shortcomings with a high performance, low cost light subsystem suitable for today's bioanalytical tools as well as tomorrows portable, hand-held, real-time analyzers.
The ideal SALES MANAGER candidate would have a proven track record of sales success as well as marketing experience in the life science industry. Because first products are targeted for fluorescence microscopy, technical and/or business experience in this field is desirous. However any sales and marketing manager with an appreciation for the importance of fluorescence techniques across the breadth of applications within biotech would be suitable. The performance traits of greatest import to Lumencor include:
integrity, fortitude, boldness, teamwork, initiative, customer focus, innovation.
Past employment experience and performance should reflect these traits. Significant travel anticipated. Excellent references required.
