BIOTRONIK is one of the world's leading manufacturers of products and services for cardiac rhythm management and vascular intervention and is represented in over 100 countries worldwide. We now have an opening for a Clinical Project Associate located in beautiful Pacific NW near Portland, OR.
The successful candidate will primarily provide support for data management and clinical research functions of project teams. You will do data entry of project specific case report forms to allow for efficient and accurate clinical reports and interface with site coordinators, field clinical staff and other company representatives to collect required information in a timely manner. You will also interface with clinical, regulatory, sales, and administrative staff as necessary. You will maintain administrative database and filing. You will maintain group email lists and distribution of certification and approved lists.
The position requires at least one year experience in data entry and/or accounts payable and College Degree (preferably AA, AS, BA or BS) in health profession, science and/or accounting field. Excellent computer skills including database management experience (Excel, Access, etc.). Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail are also required.
