CAI announced that Mike Martin, VP Strategy and Development, has been named to succeed Bob Chew in January 2022. Mike Martin will assume the role of CEO in January 2022, while Bob Chew will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board. Mike will work with Bob and the Board of Directors to lead strategy and direction for CAI.
Mike joined CAI in 2018, diving right in leading our program and project management vertical market. He gained immediate exposure to our global client base, which enabled him to work with a diverse set of clients and people. He quickly became a team leader for CAI and has led and supported projects considered to be mission critical for many of our clients.
Mike will continue to lead strategy and development across all CAI business areas. Bob will continue as CEO and chairman of the board, working closely with Mike and other senior leadership to guide the direction of the company.
“I am truly energized by the future of this organization. The passion of the people who work here is inspiring. I’m proud to be part of a team founded on integrity and based on service to each other and our clients. I’m looking forward to walking this journey together.” Mike Martin, Vice President, Strategy and Development

Since joining CAI in 2018, Mike has been the director of program and project management services, helping clients plan and execute complex projects.
