List of Interview Questions
To help applicants prepare for their interviews, we are providing a preview of the interview questions in advance. This is intended to give applicants time to reflect on their experiences and consider how they relate to the topics that will be discussed — not to prepare prewritten responses.
Applicants are encouraged to review the questions thoughtfully but approach the interview as a natural, conversational discussion. Follow-up questions may be asked beyond those listed below, and applicants are welcome to take notes and prepare any questions they would like to ask during the interview.

| 3 | In addition to your on-the-job training, you will be required to complete 1–3 hours of coursework each week. Can you share how you've managed balancing work, school, or other commitments in the past? |
| 4 | Biomanufacturing demands precision and strict attention to detail, as the products you work with may directly impact people’s health. This includes maintaining accurate documentation, tracking inventory, and adhering to standardized procedures. How do you ensure your work is precise and error-free? Can you give an example of a time when you had to carefully follow detailed processes or recordkeeping requirements? |
