Apprentice Hub

Monthly Progress Reports

A few policy reminders about Monthly Progress Reports (as outlined on page 9 of the attached):

  • Monthly OTJ Hours Report: All apprentices must submit a report every month. Not submitting on time may lead to disciplinary action.
  • No Work: If you didn't work during the month, still submit the form and check the "I did not accrue any on-the-job hours this month" box.
  • Submission DeadlineReports are due to Oregon Bio by the fifth workday of the following month via the form. For example, if you're reporting hours for August, submit your report by the fifth workday of September.
  • Crediting Hours: OJT hours won't be credited until your Monthly OTJ Hours Report is submitted, which could delay your progress.
