Oregon Bio Women: The Leadership Forge

Doors open 11:30 a.m. for the photo session | lunch

She flies! Oregon’s motto is ‘she flies with her own wings,’ and Oregon Bio’s successful entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, mentors, newly careered, and bio professionals at all levels are convening on March 6 at The 2025 Leadership Forge.

This half-day leadership workshop will offer participants key leadership development strategies, ‘homework’ to develop dynamic Personal/Professional Success Plans, mentoring and reverse mentoring collaborations, interactive discussions with prolific and successful women and a surprise event - let’s just say we’re calling it a ‘Tea Time Chat.’

Bonus takeaway: For the additional fee of $25, attendees can opt to have a professional portrait/photo taken with up to two poses and retouching. Add this at checkout, when you register.

Leading us will be Pacific Northwest entrepreneur/fractional executive (and as she might describe herself, courageous) Lori Spencer, a well-known local leader who served as a board member at BuiltOregon, an expert in creation and implementation of successful go-to market strategies, and challenge navigator. She’s bringing her business acumen to the table for Oregon Bio Women, where she’ll share her top leadership lessons, her evolution in fast-moving markets and how she’s discovered and seized growth opportunities.

Lori’s expertise has been sought at Xxcelerate Women, Tender Loving Empire, PDX Biz Women’s Coalition, Girls Inc. and LEAP. She’s led teams and developed strategic partnerships with well known brands such as Alaska Airlines, Salt & Straw, Oregon Chai, Honey Mama’s and more.

This will be a great lead up to the plans you’re going to make to honor International Women’s Day on March 8!
