The Senior Manager, Global Medical Affairs (GMA) Diagnostics is responsible for managing the implementation and pull through of strategically aligned Diagnostics initiatives that enable access to state-of-the-art genetic testing and diagnosis for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), Limb girdle muscular dystrophy (LGMD) and other disorders in the Sarepta pipeline. The Sr. Manager evaluates, prioritizes, and performs day-to-day deliverables for diagnostic programs that connect providers and their diagnosed patients to Sarepta. This role engages with external diagnostic stakeholders and select providers around diagnostic medical studies, genetic testing, and other initiatives relevant to diagnosis. This role serves as an internal genetics resource and provides medical diagnostic content review of new field materials. This role is responsible for supporting new tactics to drive early and accurate diagnosis of rare diseases while serving as a highly driven individual who combines genetic knowledge with a focus on customer service and compassion for the patients we serve.
